Returns & Exchanges
We want you and your gift recipient to be thrilled with your Classic Creations' purchase. If for some reason any items in your gift basket arrive damaged, please contact us right away and we will send out a replacement immediately.

Shipping Orders
Each and every gift basket at Debbie Lee's Classic Creations is hand-crafted. To allow for the preparation of your special piece, please note that orders received prior to 5 PM Monday through Friday will generally be shipped within one to two business days. Custom gift orders will require a longer lead time. For Free Local Deliveries between Palm Springs and Indio, please choose "Local Delivery" from the Checkout page. Please contact us directly for orders shipped outside of the United States.

Rush Orders
We are happy to accommodate rush orders for in stock items and custom orders. Please contact us directly for more information.

Methods of Payment
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. All of our credit card orders are processed via PayPal.

Gift Wrap
Each basket you purchase at Debbie Lee's Classic Creations is wrapped in polypropalene with a beautiful bow and a note card with your special message.
